1. Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is expired on delivery

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed items.


2. Time Limit

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


3. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID
  • Product photo/video
  • Description of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued:

  • Only after product verification
  • To the original payment method
  • Within 5–7 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products exposed to moisture or improper storage
